Tai Chi Easy ™ and QiGong are moving meditations which use slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind- body connection, reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, and improve circulation thereby enhancing your overall health and vitality.
Tai Chi Easy ™ is a carefully developed 7 step approach that makes it fun and beneficial right away and is suitable to most everyone. This practiced will be learned while seated, standing and walking. Once you have completed this course, you will have the ability to practice Tai Chi Easy daily at home to promote health, vitality and longevity.
