Enjoy awakening your happy heart by doing these Qigong practices. The Lotus Qigong is a practice that incorporates slow movements done standing, yet simple methods for increasing longevity and inner peace. At the conclusion of classes, we will enjoy a beautiful visual story of an Emperor and his peaceful world.
The 5 Animal Qigong (Wu Qin Xi) is an ancient Chinese health system created by physician Hua Tuo (25-220 CE) that mimics the movements of five animals--Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, and Crane—to improve physical health, balance internal organs, and cultivate energy (Qi). It combines deep breathing, mental focus, and specialized postures to strengthen the body and reduce stress.

These forms will be practiced for 6 consecutive weeks along with other Qigong movements.
