Enjoy awakening your happy heart by doing these Qigong practices. The Lotus Qigong is a practice that incorporates slow movements done standing, yet simple methods for increasing longevity and inner peace. At the conclusion of classes, we will enjoy a beautiful visual story of an Emperor and his peaceful world.
These forms will be practiced for 3 consecutive weeks along with other Qigong movements.
